Pests in an apartment, basement or shared building areas?
One apartment, basements or several entrances? We start with where the problem occurs and who can provide access.
Your property's needs
Arrangements based on the actual situation
The scope excludes special protective disinfection by healthcare providers in their facilities, and special protective disinfection, insect control and rodent control in food or agricultural businesses.
Landlords can arrange assessment before a handover or treatment during a tenancy. We clarify access with the occupant, the customer and links to shared areas; an address alone does not determine parties or responsibility for costs.
Activity in one apartment and signs in shared areas are different situations. Describe what you actually observe in apartments, basements, corridors or around the building. You need not decide in advance whether the whole property needs treatment.
Property managers, association or cooperative representatives, landlords and residents can contact us. We clarify the order's scope, customer and contact person. An enquiry alone does not confirm authority to order work on behalf of other residents.
We confirm the visit, scope, price and date with you in advance.
Before the first visit
What to prepare for our first conversation
- the customer and person authorised to confirm scope for the association, cooperative or landlord
- which parts of the building are affected and for how long
- number of affected entrances, apartments or shared areas, if known
- who provides keys, access and on-site contact
- how apartment access and information for residents should be coordinated
- previous treatments and available records without other residents' personal details
Results and follow-up
So the next visit builds on previous findings
We agree the visit scope and any follow-up based on findings. Records should relate to the specific property and visit so the manager knows what was addressed and what to follow up. We do not determine regular care or visit numbers automatically by building type.
How booking and visits work →Price based on your situation
You know the price and scope of work in advance.
Affected areas, access, scope and any checks determine the price. Before confirming an order, we clarify what the offer includes and whether it covers shared areas, individual apartments or both.

Frequently asked questions: homeowners' associations, housing cooperatives and apartment buildings
Can I contact you as a tenant or apartment owner?
Yes. Describe the situation in your apartment and any observations in shared areas. We clarify the customer and access to other parts when discussing it; this does not automatically order a service for the whole building.
Do all apartments always need treatment?
The scope cannot be determined from the first report alone. We need to know where activity occurs and then verify the conditions. The agreed offer should clearly state which areas the visit covers.
How do we arrange a visit to shared areas?
Provide a contact person, access times and how entry is arranged. If coordination with residents is needed, we agree in advance who informs them and what must be accessible.
Can you follow up on an earlier treatment?
Provide the date, affected locations and any record of the earlier work. We clarify what is needed to assess next steps. Previous treatment alone does not determine the new approach.
