Accept all, essential only or your own selection: every choice is easily accessible. Analytics, advertising measurement and personalisation default to off. Without a choice or after rejection we do not send cookieless measurement pings. Cookie settings are available in the footer and on this page.
Essential LANNA PROTECT storage
localStorage lanna-protect:privacy-choice:v1 stores only choices, version and time for up to 180 days, not profiling. sessionStorage lanna-protect:inquiry-photo-session:v1 holds a temporary photo-upload session in the browser tab, not an advertising profile. The HttpOnly lp_customer_protocol cookie enables private report download only after an authorised link is opened; it expires within 12 hours or earlier when access ends. Advertising consent does not control these features and withdrawal does not erase them.
Google Analytics 4 — consent only
Prepared measurement uses _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies for visits and sessions. We set a maximum lifetime of 180 days without extending it on later visits. Data contains technical identifiers and public-web events, not contacts, problem descriptions, photos or reports. Changing your choice stops measurement and clears our accessible analytics cookies. It does not retroactively erase data already received by the provider. Actual GA4 account retention must be configured and documented before activation; cookie lifetime is not the retention of all account data.
Sklik / Seznam SEM — advertising and personalisation
The prepared Seznam Event Measurement system uses advertising identifiers including sid and udid according to provider settings. It loads only after advertising-measurement consent; personalisation is separately optional and requires that measurement. We send no email, phone, name, address or their hashes to Seznam. Exact cookie domains, lifetimes and retention must be verified with the actual SEM account before activation; until then it is off. Seznam-domain cookies cannot be directly erased by our website; manage them in the browser or with Seznam.
Other services and links
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies forms, not advertising; its technical processing is described in its privacy information. RÚIAN/ČÚZK address suggestions are a server service without an embedded advertising script. WhatsApp is an external link, not an embedded widget. Fonts and our images are served by the website. Operational-provider cookies and parameters will be checked on the final public deployment.
